Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, Baltimore-based, seeks a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to lead and deliver facility condition assessments for a diverse client base. You will oversee project setup, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to drive high-quality results.

In this client-facing role you will develop reports, present findings, and guide corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with conducting property/facility condition assessments.
• Valid driver's license required if driving for or on behalf of an ECS subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility condition assessments and property condition assessments.
• Provide technical leadership and project management for facilities assessment projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project meetings.
• Prepare reports, present findings to clients.
• Oversee field work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
