Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation, a Medina, OH-based commercial real estate firm, seeks a Facility Coordinator to be the primary contact for nationwide clients. You will address maintenance issues and ensure service delivery to sustain client satisfaction.

The role requires issue resolution with vendors, management of work orders, and documentation using PVC Connect and Customer Portal. Onsite in Medina, OH with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–3 years of related experience in a facilities management, service, or customer call center role.
• Strong telephone-based customer service skills and clear communication.
• Proficient with CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to client maintenance requests and resolve issues through the work order life cycle.
• Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and manage subcontractors to address maintenance problems.
• Manage 50–70 open work orders concurrently and close about 5 per day.
