Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation in Medina, OH is seeking a Facility Coordinator to be the primary contact for nationwide clients. You will address and resolve commercial facility maintenance issues while ensuring service delivery meets client expectations.

Working Monday through Friday, 11:30am-8pm onsite, you will manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and maintain documentation through PVC Connect and the Customer Portal to sustain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

One to three years of related experience and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate.
At least one year resolving client issues in facilities management, service business, or customer call center.
Telephone-based customer service experience required.
Strong computer skills including CRM, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
Basic knowledge of construction and general trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

Promptly respond to client maintenance requests, assess concerns, and resolve issues through the work order life cycle.
Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
Manage an average of 50 to 70 open work orders concurrently, closing an average of 5 per day.
Maintain continuous communication with vendors, document progress, and ensure customer satisfaction using the PVC Connect system and Customer Portal.
Follow company guidelines for operating procedures, monitor vendor performance, and resolve outstanding service issues to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
