Job summary

Truist is seeking an Universal Banker in the United States for the Baltimore area to deliver a premium client experience. You will handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support outbound sales while building relationships within the branch team.

The role emphasizes IRM delivery, adherence to controls, and participation in leadership routines. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required, with strong communication and service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and schedule flexibility.
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to improve service.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
