Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a distinctive client experience, handle transactions, and identify financial needs. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

The role emphasizes adherence to internal controls, ongoing product knowledge, and collaboration with branch teams. Weekend and extended hours may be required, with occasional travel to support staffing

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
Ability to multi-task under time constraints
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs
Weekend and/or extended hours with possible travel

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate, courteous transactions.
Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
Support sales through outbound calls and client needs identification.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
