• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales with outbound calls and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
