Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with high-quality service.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Support sales through outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to grow product knowledge and advisory skills.
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
