Truist seeks a versatile Universal Banker in the United States, offering this 1st shift role with strong client service focus and opportunities in outbound calling and relationship management. The position emphasizes delivering exceptional service while educating clients on digital banking tools and cross-selling appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, supporting sales activities, and maintaining compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; including locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling complex and standard transactions
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile) to enhance service
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs for referrals
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings
• Maintain internal controls and stay updated on policies and procedures
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution
