Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a high-quality client experience while handling complex and standard transactions. You will educate clients on digital and self-service options, participate in outbound outreach, and support the sales process with referrals.

The role emphasizes IRM collaboration, ongoing product knowledge, and adherence to controls. Expected shifts include 1st shift in the United States, with flexibility for weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs for referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in standard leadership routines and training to improve knowledge and service quality.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on changes.
