Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a distinctive client experience, handle transactions accurately, and educate clients on digital banking tools. You will support outbound client outreach and cross-sell appropriate services while applying integrated relationship management principles.

The role requires weekend/extended hours availability, basic PC and Office skills, and a willingness to travel for temporary staffing as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge by attending training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
