Colsafety is seeking a Client Services Manager in Dallas, TX. You will oversee the Client Services department, drive customer satisfaction, and lead a team to deliver timely responses across calls, chats, emails, and orders.

You will partner with other teams to optimize systems and processes while focusing on staff development and cross-department collaboration. The role emphasizes ownership of customer experience, internal process optimization, and promoting career growth from within the staff
