Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, people management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to understand and convey product knowledge to staff and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making and technical proficiency with online systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activity within the Client Services department and achieve department goals.
• Own and optimize internal processes, systems, and customer experience initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality interactions and timely responses to inbound calls, website orders, chats, emails, and other customer touchpoints.
• Manage day-to-day operations including order processing, communications with vendors, and handling fraud flags.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Client Operations staff to improve performance and career growth.
