Job summary

Colsafety is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a dynamic team and optimize client interactions across calls, chats, emails, and orders. You will own department processes, drive improvements, and mentor staff to achieve goals while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with multiple departments to enhance systems, manage promos, and safeguard order integrity, all while fostering growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing, people management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with organizational skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving with tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Services department operations and staff performance.
• Ensure timely responses to inbound calls, emails, chats, and website orders.
• Improve client-facing systems based on feedback from users and clients.
• Maintain high standards of client service and interdepartmental communication.
• Collaborate with Vendors, Warehouse, and Accounting on orders, refunds, and fraud checks.
