Job summary

Colsafety is seeking a Client Services Manager in Atlanta to lead the Client Services department, optimize processes, and drive a superior customer experience across calls, chats, emails, and orders. You will guide daily operations, ensure timely responses, and maintain high service standards.

You will develop the team, collaborate across departments, monitor metrics, and promote internal growth while upholding company values and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, people management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-development abilities.
• Product knowledge to support and educate the team and meet customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with tech/Internet familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activity within the Client Services department and manage the team to achieve goals.
• Own and optimize internal processes, systems, and customer-experience initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions across calls, chats, emails, and orders.
• Support development of employees and promote growth opportunities from staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer-facing systems and platforms.
