Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and care.
