Qualifications

• No degree required; related experience may be considered.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• Experience or knowledge of banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products; explains options for managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including service-to-sales, teller interactions, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Supports customer loyalty and helps grow wallet share by delivering a differentiated customer experience and addressing customer problems to drive loyalty.
