Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to maintain the in-store sales and service experience and promote a sales culture within the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals.

As a Client Associate, you will connect with in-store clients, develop repeat clients, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of apparel each season. You will participate in-store events and CRM activity while upholding company policies and a friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in client services.
• Retail or store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals on the floor.
• Connect with clients and develop repeat clients to drive individual sales.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel each season, including fit and intended use.
• Participate in-store events and CRM activities to drive repeat business.
• Adhere to client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, inviting environment for all in-store guests.
• Foster a teamwork-focused and productive work environment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including front of house and stock space.
