Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently or escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales floor focus to hit sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships with clients to drive repeat business and individual sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge on fit, fabric, and use of seasonal lines.
• Support store events and CRM initiatives to encourage repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and store policies.
• Create a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Promote teamwork and productivity on the floor.
• Keep store clean and organized, including stock areas.
