HearUSA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure clients receive timely care, maintain appointment schedules, and deliver Simply Excellent Hearing Care. You will support walk-ins, curbside visits, and scheduled appointments while managing stock, deposits, and records.

The role emphasizes strong communication, computer proficiency, and teamwork within a growing network of centers and professionals. A HS diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls with friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments.
• Enter stock and orders; perform weekly inventory audits.
• Keep end-of-day reports and deposits accurate.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment and basic hearing aid care.
