Job summary

WS Audiology USA, part of the HearUSA network, is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure outstanding care for clients and to maintain an organized appointment schedule.

You will support hearing care teams, manage patient flow, and handle stock, inventory, and basic hearing aid care with a focus on friendly, professional service. Equal opportunity employer and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and MS Office.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins, curbside, and appointments.
• Enter stock and custom orders and perform weekly inventory.
• Maintain cash and bank deposits records and end-of-day reports.
• Keep a clean, inviting environment and support basic hearing aid care.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting by phone or in person.
