Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Saint Robert, Missouri is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations. This in-person role is a stepping stone toward tax preparation or office leadership.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, handle intake and documents, and maintain a welcoming, professional client experience during tax season. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
