Training provided, with opportunities to advance into tax prep or office leadership. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
