Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves client complaints by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
