Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining service fees and processing payments
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
• Educating clients on animal care and husbandry
• Managing medical records, charts, and correspondence
• Maintaining a neat and clean hospital environment
