You will handle requests, coordinate with facilities and other teams, maintain logs, and assist with reports and events. The role emphasizes reliability, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, hospitality, facilities, workplace services, office services, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, polished demeanor and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning client and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors.
• Provide responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented service.
• Receive, document, and coordinate client requests through the tracking system.
• Follow up on requests to ensure timely completion.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support daily workplace operations to keep the environment clean and organized.
• Coordinate with facilities, housekeeping, and other service teams as required.
• Ensure conference rooms and reception areas are prepared and maintained.
