Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in McCook, IL is seeking a Client Service Specialist for the first shift (Mon - Fri, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM). You will respond to orders, inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.

You will resolve issues with orders and delivery dates, while maintaining strong documentation and customer focus. Prior experience in client services or shipping is a plus; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience; relevant customer service or logistics exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
