Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in McCook, IL is seeking a Client Service Specialist for third shift (Mon-Fri, 9 PM – 5:30 AM) to respond to orders, inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.

You will resolve issues with orders, delivery dates and service, determine causes, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 0-2 years of experience; professional certifications may be required in some areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
