Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and use financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients' needs.

You will handle in-person and phone interactions, educate clients on Chase technology, and collaborate with a team of experts to meet regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries, with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• National/foreign equivalent high school education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with the team to address specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
