Job summary

You will help clients with banking solutions via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while meeting regulatory requirements and collaborating with a team of experts to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses or enroll in JPM licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients and connect them to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and collaborate with our team of experts to address financial needs while complying with policies.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
