JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service in a Chase Branch. You will represent the brand, help clients navigate banking solutions, and build lasting relationships through personalized attention.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, promote digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with product experts to address financial needs while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), Life licenses; licenses via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and assist with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
