JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and promote seamless banking experiences.

You will engage clients, leverage technology, and collaborate with experts to address financial needs while adhering to banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and regulatory obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology: Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and consult with a team of experts.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
