Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication in person and by phone.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Work within risk/compliance requirements and training.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalent accepted).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses; must obtain if not held.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, procedures, and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
