Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistency of client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• Licensing requirements including SIE, FINRA 6, state registration, and Life licenses to be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand clients and anticipate their needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
