National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. The role focuses on delivering friendly, knowledgeable client service, managing phones, and supporting front desk and clinic operations.

The ideal candidate will have veterinary clinic experience,Excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment while working with a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary clinic experience is required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and general clinic procedures

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage busy, multi-line phone systems with professionalism and compassion
• Greet clients and provide a warm, friendly experience
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and concerns
• Accurately type and enter information into our veterinary practice management system
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and other team members
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a calm, positive attitude during stressful or challenging situations
• Provide knowledgeable and compassionate customer service to pet owners
• Help ensure the front desk and daily clinic operations run smoothly
