Job summary

NVA General Practice in Houston, TX is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize productivity of the veterinary medical team, and ensure friendly, efficient service.

You will educate clients about Paw Plans and preventative care, handle intake and scheduling, process invoices and prescriptions, and help maintain a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent English communication and writing skills.
• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets to ensure superior care and productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through an efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet information entry, and scheduling.
• Disburse prescriptions, sell retail products, and handle invoicing and finances.
