SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Associate to elevate the office experience with personalized client-centric services. You will support Experience Team, handle facilities, office services, and hospitality, acting as a one-stop shop for client requests.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, professional presentation, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced corporate setting in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Proven work experience in a client-facing role in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Foster relationships and understand client needs for personalized service.
• Act as central point of contact for client requests and service coordination.
• Manage mailroom, shipping, office services, and document handling.
• Perform floor walks, prepare spaces for hires/moves, and maintain office ambiance.
• Solicit feedback from clients and analyze data to improve service.
• Assist in emergency procedures and guide clients in urgent situations.
