Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and to manage meaningful client relationships using banking solutions and technology.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, offering thoughtful financial solutions while meeting branch goals. The role requires licensing milestones, weekend hours, and adherence to compliance, with extensive client interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
• Work hours including weekends and some evenings
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
• If not licensed, must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase’s program within 180 days

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product recommendations
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients’ needs
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
