Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver personalized service, build lasting client relationships, and drive adoption of Chase technology solutions. The role requires regulatory diligence, licensing compliance, and weekend/evening availability.

You will educate clients on banking products and collaborate with a team of experts to meet financial needs. The position supports Chase's consumer and community banking goals, offering opportunities for growth within a large financial services

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
