You will educate clients about Chase Mobile App and online tools, collaborate with product experts, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in client interactions.
• Knowledge of regulatory banking requirements and risk controls.
• Must meet licensing requirements within the stated timeframe.
