Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand at a branch, delivering hospitality, leveraging banking solutions, and providing thoughtful financial guidance to clients. You will manage relationships, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with experts to address financial needs.

The role requires banking sales experience, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements, including licensing steps as needed. Weekend and evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Meet risk and compliance obligations and complete training
• High school degree or equivalent required
• SIE, Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service
• Manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication
• Educate clients to use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
