Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a branch, delivering hospitality and tailored financial solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships while using technology to enhance service quality.

The role requires knowledge of financial products, strong communication, and the ability to work weekend hours. Licensing requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in person and phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk and compliance obligations including required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required within 180 days.
• Branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to our experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
