Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging Chase technology.

You will collaborate with a team of experts to address clients' financial needs, while complying with regulatory requirements and policies. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and build lasting relationships with tailored recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
