Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and attentive service while leveraging modern banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs.

You will educate clients on Chase technology, collaborate with experts for specialized needs, and adhere to risk and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses are required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
