Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and expertise. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to offer tailored solutions, leveraging digital tools to enhance service.

The role requires building trust, meeting with clients, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening availability and licensing within 180 days are expected to support branch needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses or willingness to obtain through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
