Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Strong attention to detail in problem solving and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in person and over the phone.
• Manage assigned clients, meet regularly, build lasting relationships, tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
