Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensed candidates preferred.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
