Opensity Solutions is seeking a service-driven Client Relations & Facilities Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations in a high-touch, client-facing environment in New York.

You will supervise a small team, coach staff, and resolve client inquiries while building solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure polished office operations and workspace readiness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of approximately 4 employees across reception, concierge, hospitality, and facilities functions
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and professional environment
• Lead by example, providing hands-on support while coaching and developing team members
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate facilities operations, including vendor management, office upkeep, and workspace readiness
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency
