Opensity Solutions seeks a Client Relations Supervisor to bridge the client and operations teams, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution. You will drive service enhancements, maintain governance, and support daily portfolio management.

Responsibilities include leading teams, managing room spaces, and coordinating with Office Services to keep the site organized and compliant while delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a service industry such as hotel, restaurant, hospitality or events preferred.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and AV equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good listening and professional demeanor.
• Must be able to navigate clients at every professional level and maintain a polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of client portfolios with focus on revenue, profitability and policy compliance.
• Provide ongoing staff leadership and training alignment with objectives.
• Manage meeting room bookings, space organization and equipment readiness daily.
• Oversee workspace cleanliness and supply organization, including kitchen/pantry areas.
• Greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and manage visitor logs and escorts.
• Audit temporary badges daily and ensure badge distribution is tracked.
