Opensity is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide administrative support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities at client sites in a defined geographic market.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a wheeled cart up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: coordinate and upkeep client conference rooms and kitchens; stock supplies.
• Floor Coordination: upkeep copy rooms and stock supplies; deliver paper.
• Facilities Services: assist with small moves and building concerns.
• Flexible weekly schedule to cover absences and varying locations.
