Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide essential administrative support at client sites. You will handle mail, copying, reception, and hospitality tasks, while maintaining facility operations and inventory.

A flexible schedule and travel to Stamford, CT and Newark/Secaucus NJ are required with reimbursements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in customer service, and strong multitasking and professional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Professionalism and tact in interactions.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Pass background checks as required by clients.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.
• Reception: answer calls, route to the right person, greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: coordinate and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens, maintain stock and inventory.
• Floor Coordination: upkeep of copy rooms, stocking supplies, delivery of paper, basic daily maintenance.
• Facilities Services: move furniture, cleaning, and coordinating with client contacts on building/equipment issues.
• Flexibility: weekly schedule shifts and travel; potential changes in locations.
• Travel to Stamford, CT for coverage with reimbursements; Travel to Newark & Secaucus, NJ for coverage with reimbursements.
